Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Building Technology, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of one year of industry experience in construction or related field.
• Knowledge of construction methods, blueprint reading, and building science principles.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse student population.
• Candidates will be required to pass CORI/SORI and/or National background check.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses as assigned (CBS101 and CBS103).
• Prepare and deliver engaging instruction aligned with course outcomes.
• Develop syllabi, lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
• Evaluate student performance and provide timely, constructive feedback.
• Maintain attendance, grading, and course records.
• Support student success through clear communication and professional conduct.
• Incorporate industry standards, sustainable practices, and blueprint interpretation into instruction.
• Use AutoCAD and Revit when appropriate.
