The role requires deep knowledge of neuroscience/psychiatry and strong account-based selling skills. The position emphasizes building relationships with healthcare professionals and internal/external stakeholders to remove access barriers, while staying current on payer access

Qualifications

• 2-4 years pharma or life sciences sales experience.
• Strong account-based selling skills with demonstrated success.
• Understanding of prior authorization and payer access programs is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and be insurable.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales goals on quarterly and annual basis.
• Utilize resources (call activity, speaker programs, payer tools) across face-to-face, virtual, or phone engagements with HCPs & staff.
• Analyze local market dynamics and trends to inform actions.
• Develop and execute territory business and call plans aligned with national objectives.
• Maintain current knowledge of local and national payer access to identify pull-through opportunities.
