Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–4 years of pharmaceutical sales or life sciences sales experience required, with preference for neuroscience/psychiatry or ADHD/pediatric psychiatry.
• Strong account-based selling skills with demonstrated success in prior sales roles.
• Experience with pull-through local formulary wins and payer access tools.
• Understanding of prior authorization processes and collaboration with healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales goals on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Apply resources (call activity, payer tools, speaker programs) to opportunities and adjust strategies.
• Engage customers (HCPs & staff) via face-to-face, virtual, or phone communications.
• Analyze local market dynamics and execute plans aligned with national objectives.
• Maintain up-to-date payer access knowledge and identify pull-through opportunities.
• Partner with internal/external stakeholders to remove access barriers and drive performance.
• Participate in industry events to build brand awareness and relationships.
