You will own the manufacturing process from print to delivery, work with engineers, operators and quality technicians, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or related field.
• U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or eligible for employment per regulations.
• 2+ years in aerospace or related industries.
• Exposure to laser powder bed fusion printing or similar.

Responsibilities

• Own the offshift engineering support of AM components from printing to post-processing.
• Demonstrate machine workflows and software to improve additive designs.
• Develop manufacturing work instructions covering print to delivery.
• Manage cost, quality, build sequence, and schedule across manufacturing.
• Perform root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Support on-site operations in Kent, Washington during off-shift hours.
