Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or higher in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or related field.
  • 2+ years in aerospace or similar industries.
  • U.S. citizen or permanent resident or eligible for US work authorization.
  • Exposure to laser powder bed fusion printing or similar.

Responsibilities

  • Own the offshift Engineering support of Additively Manufactured components from printing to post-processing production using LPB printing.
  • Demonstrate machine-specific workflows and software packages to improve additive designs.
  • Develop manufacturing work instructions to clearly define the full process from print to delivery.
  • Closely manage cost, quality, build sequence, and schedule of hardware throughout the entire manufacturing process.
  • Perform root cause analyses when non-conformances and escapes are identified and deploy corrective actions.
