Collaboration with an on-site multidisciplinary team, accurate EHR documentation, and active participation in treatment planning are essential to deliver high-quality care while maintaining compliance and patient safety.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a relevant field.
• Bachelor’s degree or state-level equivalent.
• Active entry-level clinical certification/licensure per state rules (e.g., CSAC-S).

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct group therapy sessions and intake assessments.
• Provide crisis and de-escalation techniques.
• Assist with treatment planning and progress monitoring.
• Coordinate patient care with the onsite multidisciplinary team.
