BrightView is seeking a dedicated Counselor to join our treatment team in Winchester, VA. You will support recovery journeys, lead group therapy sessions, conduct intake assessments, and provide crisis intervention in a dynamic clinical setting.

The role emphasizes treatment planning, progress monitoring, coordination with a multidisciplinary team, and precise documentation in the electronic health record, while adhering to regulatory requirements and BrightView's compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care with the onsite multidisciplinary team.
• Attend required meetings including on-site staff and MDT meetings.
• Document treatment data in the electronic health record in a timely and thorough manner.
• Adhere to regulatory and BrightView compliance requirements.
