Job summary

BrightView Health seeks a dedicated Counselor to support recovery journeys within a dynamic treatment team. You will conduct group sessions, handle intake assessments, and deliver crisis intervention with empathy and professionalism.

You will coordinate care with a multidisciplinary on-site team, document in the EHR, monitor progress toward treatment goals, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. A state-appropriate license or certification is required.

• Team-player, able to collaborate in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
• Adaptable and agile in a dynamic work setting.
• Technologically capable; familiar with MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word).

• Prior harm-reduction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct group therapy sessions and patient intake assessments.
• Provide crisis and de-escalation techniques.
• Assist with treatment planning and progress reviews.
• Coordinate patient care with the onsite multidisciplinary team.
• Attend required on-site meetings and MDT meetings.
• Document all treatment data in the EHR and ensure regulatory compliance.
