Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience in a relevant field.
• Active entry-level clinical certification or licensure (e.g., CSAC-S) required.
• Familiarity with electronic health records and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct group therapy sessions and patient intake assessments.
• Provide crisis and de-escalation techniques.
• Assist with treatment planning and monitor progress toward goals.
• Coordinate patient care with the onsite multidisciplinary team.
• Document treatment data in the EHR and ensure regulatory/compliance.
