Job summary

BrightView seeks an experienced Counselor to support recovery journeys within a collaborative treatment team. You will run group sessions, conduct intake assessments, and assist in planning care while ensuring timely documentation and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a relevant field.
• Active entry-level clinical certification or licensure (e.g., CSAC-S) required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred per stated guidance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct group therapy sessions and patient intake assessments.
• Provide crisis and de-escalation techniques.
• Assist with treatment planning and monitor progress toward goals.
• Coordinate patient care with the onsite multidisciplinary team.
• Attend required meetings (on-site staff and MDT).
• Document treatment data in the electronic health record and ensure compliance.
