BrightView Health is seeking a dedicated Counselor to support recovery-focused treatment teams. The role involves group therapy, intake assessments, crisis intervention, and close collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care in a regulated environment.

The position requires active state licensure and at least a bachelor’s degree, with 2 years of relevant clinical experience preferred. A comprehensive benefits package and ongoing professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a relevant field preferred.
• State-level regulation requires a Bachelor’s degree minimum.
• Active clinical licensure required by state regulations.

Responsabilités

• Plan and conduct group therapy sessions and patient intake assessments.
• Provide crisis and de-escalation techniques.
• Assist with treatment planning and track progress toward goals.
• Coordinate patient care with the onsite multidisciplinary team.
• Attend on-site staff and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Document all treatment data in the electronic health record.
