BrightView seeks a dedicated Counselor to join our treatment team, focusing on recovery-oriented care for individuals with addiction. You will lead group therapy, conduct intake assessments, provide crisis support, and help tailor treatment plans in a multidisciplinary setting.

The role requires 1+ year experience, state-registered certification or licensure, and a Bachelor’s degree preferred. We offer comprehensive benefits, 401k with match, and ongoing training to support professional growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a relevant field
• 2+ years preferred in a relevant field
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Active entry-level clinical certification or licensure consistent with state requirements

Responsabilités

• Plan and conduct group therapy sessions and patient intake assessments.
• Provide crisis and de-escalation techniques.
• Assist with treatment planning and progress monitoring.
• Coordinate patient care with the onsite multidisciplinary team.
• Attend required meetings including on-site staff and MDT meetings.
• Timely and comprehensively document treatment data in the electronic health record.
• Follow all regulatory and company compliance requirements.
