Job summary

BAART Programs, a BayMark Health Services company, seeks an experienced Addiction Counselor Supervisor to lead counselors and interns in a compliant outpatient setting. You will ensure timely documentation, supervise staff, and maintain caseloads while supporting licensure and certification initiatives for clinicians.

The role emphasizes coaching, quality assurance, and adherence to policies, with responsibilities spanning budget awareness and overall program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Must hold an LCSW, LPC, CAS, or LAC in Colorado.
• Experience with chemically dependent individuals.
• Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
• Personable, adaptable & coachable, with empathy for patients.

Responsibilities

• Assign counselors’ caseloads and adjust as needed.
• Provide direct supervision to clinicians and assist in ongoing staff supervision.
• Review assessments and treatment plans for quality and accuracy for Interns.
• Manage counseling staff and conduct performance improvement discussions.
• Maintain partial counseling caseload.
• Guide counselors pursuing licensure/certification.
• Perform other duties as determined by supervisor.

Education

Colorado licensure (LCSW/LPC/CAS/LAC)
