Your Role:

• Lead and mentor counselors to ensure high-quality patient care
• Oversee intake operations and patient screenings
• Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations
• Monitor treatment plans and facilitate performance improvements
• Foster a positive, supportive, and collaborative work environment

What You Bring:

• Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Prior supervisory experience
• Experience working with individuals facing substance use challenges
• A non-judgmental, compassionate, and patient‑focused approach

Salary Range:

Salary ranges from $58,000.00 - $64,000.00 annualized. The salary of the candidate(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, education, specialty and training.
