Job summary

BayMark Health Services seeks a Counselor Supervisor to oversee counselors delivering treatment and casework in a compliant outpatient setting. You will supervise documentation, identify patient needs, and report to the Treatment Center Director.

Responsibilities include caseload assignment, QA reviews, and directing intake operations to ensure timely, quality services. A strong supervisory background and OH licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess OH LCDCIII, LICDC, LICDC-CS, and LSW-S licensure.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with chemically dependent individuals.
• Prior supervisory experience required; self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Positive, non-judgmental attitude toward patients.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with EMRs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assigns counselors’ caseloads and adjusts as needed.
• Conducts quality assurance file reviews.
• Direct and supervise all intake operations.
• Ensure efficient and effective delivery of counseling services to patients.
• Maintain accurate and current clinical records per Federal/State regulations for NTP clinics.
• Provide direct supervision to clinicians and support staff.
