Qualifications

• CA SUD Counselor with supervisory experience preferred.
• Bachelor's in Behavioral Science or equivalent; graduate degree preferred.
• Experience with SUD, capable of treatment planning and documentation.
• Positive, non-judgmental attitude; clear communication and file accuracy.
• Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise counselors and interns providing treatment and casework.
• Ensure timely documentation of patient services per plan of care.
• Monitor treatment and counseling for all patients.
• Provide clinical supervision and assign caseloads.
• Assist with hiring, training, and interviews.
• Participate in staff meetings and program development activities.
• Travel as necessary and ensure policy adherence.
