BayMark Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Compassionate Addiction Counselor Supervisor in Brighton, Colorado to supervise counselors and interns, ensure timely documentation, and support patient-focused treatment in compliance with laws and BayMark policies.

The role requires supervisory experience, Colorado licensure credentials (LCSW/LPC/CAS/LAC), and a compassionate, coachable attitude toward patients with substance use disorders.

Qualifications

• Must hold an LCSW, LPC, CAS, or LAC in the state of Colorado.
• Experience working with chemically dependent individuals.
• Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
• Personable, adaptable and coachable with a passion for this career path.

Responsibilities

• Assigns counselors’ caseloads and amends as needed.
• Provide direct supervision to clinicians and assist in staff supervision.
• Review and countersign assessments and treatment plans for quality and accuracy.
• Manage counseling staff and lead performance improvement discussions.
• Maintain partial counseling caseload.
• Guide counselors in licensure/certification processes.
• Perform other duties as determined by supervisor.
