Chartbeat is seeking a Solutions Consultant to lead client implementations of the AdBook+ platform. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Client Success to translate client requirements into scalable configurations and workflows, guiding projects from discovery through go-live.

The role emphasizes technical aptitude, problem-solving, and client-facing consulting across multiple projects, with strong emphasis on delivering value and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 2-4 years of experience.
• Experience contributing to implementation playbooks, documentation, and best practices.
• Ability to translate business processes into technical solutions.
• Experience managing projects or implementation workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects from onboarding to go-live, ensuring on-time delivery within scope.
• Design and configure AdBook+ platform features to support client workflows and best practices.
• Provide SME guidance, troubleshoot issues, and train client teams on platform functionality.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Client Success to deliver scalable solutions.
