Job summary

LiveRamp in San Francisco is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant to partner with brands, agencies, platforms, and data providers, acting as a trusted technical advisor from onboarding through expansion.

You will own accounts, enable data activation across channels, manage integration challenges, and help build internal best practices while coordinating with product, engineering, privacy, and legal teams.

Qualifications

• Understanding of ad tech ecosystem including DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, ID graphs.
• Experience with REST APIs, file-based integrations, and data transformation.
• Strong SQL and data analytics or scripting for troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and technical adoption for clients.
• Design and execute strategic implementation plans.
• Oversee data onboarding, identity resolution, and audience workflows.
• Track adoption metrics and identify optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate QA, UAT, and cross-functional collaboration.
