Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2–4 years of experience.
• Contribute to implementation playbooks, documentation, and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and client outcomes; share knowledge and mentor teammates.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to translate business processes into technical solutions.
• Experience managing projects or implementation workstreams; excellent communication across technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through onboarding and implementation of the AdBook+ platform.
• Translate business requirements into system configuration and workflows.
• Deliver milestones including discovery, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with scope.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to resolve issues and with Sales/Client Success for design input.
