Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Sociology, Public Administration or related field.
• Two years’ experience supervising ADA programs.
• Two years of experience with dispatch operations.
• Experience with call center operations.
• Experience in working with people with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, supervise, and monitor Paratransit Customer Service Operators and Dispatcher/Inspector performance.
• Counsels department employees, issues discipline and responds to union grievances.
• Assist in scheduling trips and ADA service delivery with private providers.
• Implement and monitor ADA policies and procedures.
• Manage ADA passenger certification data and analyze ADA performance.
