Job summary

Teleperformance USA is seeking an HR professional to manage employee relations, investigations, and compliance across a call center environment in the Florida region. The role involves interpreting policies, coordinating accommodations, and ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with HR and business partners.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in business or HR, 2+ years in HR with a focus on employee relations, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or HR related preferred.
• Experience supporting call center / contact center environment.
• 2+ years in Human Resources with emphasis on Employee Relations and Investigations.
• Experience leading multiple, concurrent employee relations activities with clear guidance and timely execution.
• Ability to review concerns holistically, diagnose root causes, and partner with teams for resolution.
• Detail-oriented in documenting case notes, investigation summaries, and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and communicate Company policies and practices (Leave of Absence, ADA, Religious Accommodations) to educate employees and managers.
• Act as main POC for ADA and religious accommodation requests and interactive process.
• Serve as SME for Federal and State accommodation and benefit regulations.
• Track ADA accommodation end dates and communicate next steps.
