Job summary

Carnival Corporation & plc is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst to manage ADA interactive processes and all North American leave programs. You will act as the SME for accommodations, FMLA, PWFA, and local laws, coordinating with HR, Legal, payroll, and external vendors in a hybrid in-office role in South Florida.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience in leave/ADA administration (5–7 years).
• Strong working knowledge of ADA, FMLA, PWFA, USERRA and state/local leave laws.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Independent judgment with confidentiality and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end leave and accommodation case management from initiation to return to work.
• Coordinate PTO/sick/vacation integration with Payroll and third-party admins.
• Administer FMLA, PWFA, USERRA, and state/local leave programs and company policies.
• Serve as liaison with leave administrator for case setup, certifications, tracking, and return-to-work.
• Lead consultations on leave, disability, and accommodation programs as needed.
• Provide guidance to employees, managers, and HR on leave processes.
