Job summary

The Standard is seeking a dedicated professional to serve as the primary point of contact for employees requesting accommodations under the ADA. You will assess needs, triage requests, and develop recommendations for employer approval while maintaining a compassionate, patient-focused approach.

In this role you will manage cases, advise employers on ADA requirements, coordinate communications, and support employees returning to or remaining at work.

Qualifications

• ADA Acumen and EEOC/ADA guidelines understanding required.
• Progressive disability accommodation and absence management experience.
• Strong communication and customer-service focus with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise on ADA and accommodations.
• Manage case workflows for disability accommodation claims.
• Interact with employees to discuss return-to-work options and keep them informed.
• Advise employers on ADA compliance, processes, and documentation.
