Reliance Matrix is seeking a Workforce Accommodations Specialist to work with employees, healthcare providers, and employers to identify reasonable accommodations under the ADA, PWFA and state requirements. You will assess medical information, manage a caseload, and support an interactive process to ensure feasible accommodations.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and staying current with federal and state laws while collaborating with HR and management to improve

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years experience administering interactive process for work accommodations under the ADA.
• Experience in RTW Services, Labor Relations, Absence Management, Disability Claim Management, Project Management.
• Experience with ADA and familiarity with FMLA.

Aufgaben

• Assess accommodation requests and review medical documentation.
• Serve as primary contact for employees with disabilities.
• Manage a caseload of open accommodation requests.
• Facilitate the interactive process between employee and employer.
• Engage with medical vendors to validate accommodation requests.
• Review essential job functions and employee restrictions for feasibility.
• Stay current on ADA and related laws.
• Educate employees and HR on return to work and complex case processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Document interactions accurately.
