Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking an Accommodation Advisor to lead the interactive ADA/ADAAA accommodation process for associates. You will collaborate with Legal, HR, and Technology to develop tailored solutions that support essential functions while reducing risk.

You’ll analyze case details, draft communications, and educate colleagues on leave and accommodation policies. The role emphasizes inclusion, process improvement, and cross-functional leadership in a mostly onsite environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with FMLA and ADAAA, disabilities and accommodations preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills to advise, influence, and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Passion for researching accommodation solutions, including technology and services.
• Ability to analyze and present case details to determine next steps.
• Background in Human Resources or Employee Relations.
• Skilled in identifying and implementing standard practices and process improvements.
• Excellent time management and ability to manage 200-250 accommodation requests.
• Strong written and verbal communication for documenting dates and drafting correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the interactive process with associates who have disabilities under ADA/ADAAA.
• Collaborate with Legal, HR, and Corporate Technology to influence decisions.
• Identify creative, reasonable accommodations enabling essential functions.
• Contribute to accessibility and inclusion initiatives across Fidelity.
• Draft customized correspondence and educate associates on policies via calls.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives, e.g., captioning software implementation.
