Ladders is seeking an Acute Wound Healing Specialist to join its healthcare team in a remote sales role. You will partner with clinicians and stakeholders to support safe product use, drive therapy adoption, and grow business across assigned accounts and territory.

The role blends clinical education, relationship management, and evidence-based selling to address patient care needs and economic priorities. Requires a bachelor's degree or higher with 4 years of sales/clinical experience, or a HS

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 4+ years in sales/clinical roles, or HS diploma with 8+ years experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Valid driver's license current.
• Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
• Experience in wound care or medical device sales.

For our client, we are seeking a Acute Wound Healing Specialist to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This remote sales role focuses on advancing wound care solutions within hospital and clinical settings. You will partner closely with clinicians and other key stakeholders to support safe product use, drive therapy adoption, and help grow business across assigned accounts and territory. The position blends clinical education, customer relationship management, and evidence-based selling to address both patient care needs and economic priorities.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $126,400 - $173,800 annually

Responsibilities

• Consult with clinicians on the safe and effective use of products in wound care and related clinical settings
• Attend procedures and placements in hospital environments
• Drive sustainable business growth through account and territory management
• Identify and solve customer financial and clinical priorities
• Educate clinicians on product usage and provide inservicing
• Build and maintain relationships with key clinical and economic stakeholders
• Advocate for therapy adoption using clinical and economic evidence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher and 4 years of sales and/or clinical experience, or High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of sales and/or clinical experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Current, valid Driver's License
• Proven track record of sales quota and target attainment
• Prior wound care or medical device sales experience
