Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to lead clinical initiatives across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain strategic clinical partnerships with national accounts and IDNs.
• Develop aligned account strategies with regional teams and leadership.
• Serve as a clinical solution expert across BD Acute portfolio.
• Translate national strategies into scalable implementation plans.
• Use analytics to identify opportunities and lead change-management activities.
• Lead discovery, standardization, education, and sustainment activities.
• Create executive-ready clinical reports and recommendations.
• Develop repeatable clinical tools and playbooks.
• Coordinate with regional partners to ensure alignment and execution.
• Participate in national account planning and quarterly reviews.
• Engage customer committees as requested.
• Maintain active field presence based on priorities and needs.
