BD Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Specialist to advance Acute Urology’s strategy across national accounts and IDNs. You will partner with regional leaders to implement connected clinical solutions and BD value platforms.

The role requires an RN with BSN and 3–5 years in MedTech/healthcare, with strong change management and executive communication skills. Expect travel up to 75% as you lead implementation, develop tools, and deliver data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in MedTech/healthcare with process improvement.
• Experience supporting complex health systems or enterprise customers is preferred.
• Nursing background with clinical practice experience is required.

Responsabilités

• Build strategic clinical partnerships with national accounts and IDNs.
• Develop aligned account strategies with regional sales leaders.
• Serve as a clinical solution expert across BD Acute Urology portfolio.
• Translate national strategies into scalable implementation plans across regions and facilities.
• Leverage data and analytics to identify opportunities and lead change-management activities.
• Lead enterprise-wide clinical discovery, education, conversion, and sustainment efforts.
• Create executive-ready clinical reports and recommendations for leadership teams.
• Develop repeatable clinical tools and playbooks to standardize customer experience.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure alignment from national strategy to local execution.
• Travel up to 75% to support national accounts and implementations.
