Job summary

Ascension in Smithville, TX is seeking a Physical Therapist (PRN | Days) to collaborate with physicians and care teams to design personalized rehabilitation plans.

You will deliver targeted therapy, document progress, and support patients and families with education, ensuring smooth transitions across care settings.

Bachelor's degree required; Texas licensure; BLS within 30 days; Master's/ Doctorate preferred.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider within 1 month (30 days) of hire date or transfer date required.
• PT credentialed from Texas within 6 months (180 days) of hire date or transfer date required.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's or Doctorate degree preferred.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Physical Therapy (PT) credentialed from the Texas Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
