Responsibilities include maintaining intake metrics, ensuring complete referral packets, HIPAA compliance, cross‑department coordination, and staff coaching to deliver safe patient care. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Intake Manager or Supervisor.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to use Excel and data entry tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily intake operations and staff scheduling.
• Oversee referral intake from hospitals and clinics.
• Verify benefits and obtain prior authorizations.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation.
• Communicate status updates to stakeholders and drive process improvements.
