Job summary

Pure Infusion is seeking an Intake Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations of the intake department and support staff. This role advocates for patients to access needed therapies and collaborates with the Billing team to resolve issues quickly.

Responsibilities include training, scheduling, and maintaining high service levels while ensuring coverage and policy compliance. The ideal candidate will guide a patient-first intake workflow with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Three years of prior authorizations, federal, commercial, and national contract expertise.
• Experience with national contract payer authorizations.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a lead capacity related to intake leadership.
• Ability to make autonomous decisions impacting organizational revenue with speed and accuracy.
• Strong communication and collaboration to optimize patient care and clinic operations.
• Must meet U.S. employment and eligibility requirements.
• Two years of proven experience with prior authorizations for medical buy and bill medications.

Responsibilities

• Assign and monitor quality of work within the intake department to support efficient output.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the intake department and ensure adequate coverage.
• Deliver training sessions and team-building activities with the Intake Manager and VP of Revenue Operations.
• Serve as an advocate for patients to access assistance programs.
• Maintain relations with the billing team for rapid issue resolution.
• Complete monthly audits of employee case logs and provide feedback.
