Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for the Inpatient RN CAP 2 role within the Clinical Advancement Program. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for an assigned group of patients in a dialysis setting, coordinating with a team to ensure quality outcomes.

The position requires current RN licensure and CPR/BLS certification, with a minimum of two years of nephrology nursing experience; acute dialysis experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current appropriate state RN licensure and CPR/BLS certification.
• At least 2 years of nephrology nursing experience; acute dialysis experience preferred.
• Capable of leading and mentoring staff; able to work in a hospital/ dialysis facility.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate care for assigned patients.
• Coordinate with direct care staff and physicians; document in patient records.
• Provide education to patients and families.
• Serve as Nurse in Charge supervising staff.
