Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze patient data pre-during-post treatment and document in the medical record.
• Provide initial and ongoing education to patients and families.
• Direct and coordinate safe, effective patient care as prescribed.
• Communicate with supervisors, physicians, and dialysis providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in on-call rotation and quality improvement activities.
