Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Inpatient Services CAP1 to join the Clinical Advancement Program. You will provide and coordinate dialysis care, perform assessments, document findings, and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.

The role emphasizes education for patients and families, adherence to safety and quality standards, and participation in ongoing staff training.

Qualifications

• Entry level for RNs with less than 2 years of Nephrology Nursing experience as an RN.
• Minimum 9 months experience as a Registered Nurse, 12 months (preferred).
• 6 months acute dialysis experience (preferred)
• Hemodialysis and/or ICU experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned group of patients.
• Document patient data and adjust treatment plans as indicated.
• Educate patients and families about care plan and treatments.
• Ensure safe, effective patient care during dialysis procedures.
• Communicate with health team to coordinate patient care and referrals.
• Participate in staff training and orientation as assigned.
