Job summary

Qualifications

• Current appropriate state RN licensure is required.
• BLS/CPR certification must be current.
• Entry level for CAP 2; RN CAP 2 criteria or progression from CAP 1 within Fresenius Kidney Care.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for assigned patients.
• Document assessments, plans, interventions and evaluations in the medical record.
• Collaborate with RN, LVN/LPN, and Patient Care Technicians to ensure safe, effective care.
