Job summary

Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time day shift (12-hour shifts, 7:00am–7:30pm) with weekend rotation as assigned. You will perform nursing care across LTACH settings, collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team, and supervise assigned staff to promote patient recovery.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Registered Nurse license required.
• ACLS within six months of employment; BLS/CPR required.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and restores patients' health by completing the nursing process; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; supervising assigned team members.
• Assessing patient condition on admission and during shift.
• Coordinating, prioritizing and integrating patient information from all aspects of clinical care.
• Teaching patients and families to understand condition, medications, safety, and self-care skills.
