Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current license required.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher, BSN preferred.
• ACLS certification within 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and restores patients' health by completing the nursing process and collaborating with physicians and the multidisciplinary team.
• Assess patient condition on admission and during shifts; document interventions.
• Delegate basic care, set goals, and coordinate with family and patient; respond to physician orders.
• Maintain equipment and supplies; ensure preventive maintenance and safety.
• Provide emotional and spiritual support to patients and families; participate in team problem-solving.
