Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher from an AMA accredited program in respiratory care required.
• Bachelor's degree in related healthcare field preferred.
• Registry eligible required.
• CRT - Certified Respiratory Therapist required.

Responsibilities

• Provides respiratory care to all patient populations per physician orders and standards.
• Assesses physical, psychosocial, educational needs; documents appropriately.
• Performs all respiratory therapy treatments and services including oxygen, ventilation, suction, and pulmonary function testing.
• Maintains equipment monitoring and safety; reviews EMR and orders during shift.
• Responds to emergencies and participates in CPR and crisis interventions as needed.
