Job summary

Corewell Health is seeking a Hospital Supervisor to lead clinical services on the assigned shift at Lakeland Hospital Niles. You will guide staffing, ensure safe environments, and support high-risk patient care while liaising with leadership on call and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualified candidates hold a BSN with possible Master's preference, and have at least 2 years of nursing leadership experience. The role requires active RN licensure in Michigan and on-site presence.

Qualifications

• Requires BSN by hire for most locations; advanced degrees preferred.
• 2 years of relevant nursing experience; leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing and resource use to maximize care quality and unit budget control.
• Communicate with patients, families, and staff to address care issues and safety concerns.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to in-house staff and facilitate performance improvements.
