Corewell Health is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing teams, manage staffing and bed utilization, and ensure safe patient care during assigned shifts. Qualifications

• BSN required by hire; for some locations exceptions apply.
• Master's degree or higher preferred for advanced roles.
• Two years of nursing experience required; leadership experience preferred.
• Clinical leadership and staff mentoring are key responsibilities.
• Ability to interpret policies and ensure patient safety and quality care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resource utilization, admissions/discharges/transfers to maximize resources and budget control.
• Communicate with patients, families, staff, and management to address care issues.
• Ensure adequate staffing using census and acuity data and adjust as needed.
• Provide supervision and direction to in-house staff and address performance opportunities.
• Serve as clinical resource and facilitate change, quality care, and safe practices.
• Participate in rounds and escalate concerns through the chain of command.
• Apply ANA Code of Ethics to nursing decisions and protect patient privacy.
