The role requires a BSN, RN licensure in Michigan, and at least three years of nursing experience with leadership experience. This part-time position offers cross-functional collaboration and opportunities to impact patient throughput and care delivery.

Qualifications

• BSN required and RN licensure in Michigan.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum three years of clinical nursing experience.
• One year of formal nursing leadership experience required for external applicants.
• One year of leadership experience required for internal applicants (e.g., Charge Nurse).
• MI RN licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate personnel and resources to meet patient care functions across units.
• Collaborate to provide crisis management and interpret policy and procedure.
• Represent organizational leadership across venues on a 24-hour basis.
• Promote communication at all levels and across teams and departments.
• Collaborate with care management and interdisciplinary teams to promote smooth patient throughput.
• Demonstrate professional standards of care and leadership to support the system Mission and Vision.
