Qualifications

• Licensed RN required with MI registration.
• BSN or higher preferred; new grads may enroll in BSN within 1 year.
• Experience with patient-family centered care models is expected.

Responsibilities

• Apply nursing process: assess, plan, implement, evaluate, discharge needs.
• Collaborate with PFCC principles to personalize care.
• Engage interdisciplinary team and family in care planning.
• Deliver high-quality care meeting core measures and patient experience goals.
• Document promptly and accurately; teach patients and families.
