North Country Healthcare is seeking an Acute Access Team Lead to guide registration staff across inpatient, ED, surgical, oncology, and rehab areas. The role focuses on accurate data capture, regulatory compliance, and delivering a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily registration workflows, mentoring staff, and resolving patient concerns while maintaining efficient operations across facilities in the White Mountains region.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, social work, public health, or related field is preferred.
• Certification not required but healthcare access management or practice management certifications are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily registration activities in inpatient, ED, surgical, oncology, and rehab areas.
• Ensure demographic and insurance information accuracy during registration.
• Resolve patient concerns and escalate complex issues to management as needed.
• Mentor and onboard new registration staff, supporting their development.
• Monitor adherence to workflow procedures and regulatory requirements.
