Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• An associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as healthcare administration, social work, public health, or a related area is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily registration activities within inpatient, ED, surgical, oncology, and rehab areas, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure the accuracy of demographic and insurance information during the registration process.
• Resolve patient concerns effectively and escalates complex issues to higher management as necessary.
• Mentor and support the training and onboarding of new registration staff, fostering their development and integration into the team.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with established workflow procedures and regulatory requirements, maintaining high standards of registration services.
