You will develop IBNR/PDR estimates, forecast healthcare costs and utilization, and communicate results to leadership. Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in actuarial services related to health care.
• Work experience in health insurance.
• Associate of the Society of Actuaries.

Aufgaben

• Work with Director, Actuarial Services to manage actuarial analysis for financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain models for IBNR and PDR liabilities; ensure deadlines.
• Create cost/utilization analyses; benchmark and explain drivers of trends.
• Lead trend forecasting with budgeting teams; evaluate results against budgets.
• Analyze financial performance and communicate results to business leaders; identify improvement opportunities.
• Create models of proposed interventions for budgeting and forecasting.
• Oversee evaluation tools to measure ROI of programs.
• Drive data-driven decision making for efficiency and competitiveness.
• Ensure timely regulatory reporting for CMS and OHA.
