Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in actuarial services related to health care.

Responsibilities

• Manage development and communication of actuarial analysis for financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain models for IBNR and PDR liabilities and other assets/liabilities.
• Lead cost and utilization analysis with benchmarks and trend forecasting.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and ROI evaluation of programs.
• Ensure timely regulatory reporting for CMS and OHA.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and talent development for the actuarial team.
