Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in actuarial services related to health care.
• Experience in health insurance and in building actuarial cost models.
• Proficiency with SAS, SQL, and/or R; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage development and communication of actuarial analyses for financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain models for IBNR, PDR, and other liabilities.
• Lead trend forecasting, budgeting targets, and performance variance analysis.
• Oversee regulatory reporting for CMS and OHA.
• Supervise team members and develop staff through coaching and feedback.
