Job summary

Complete Care is seeking an energetic Activity Director to plan engaging programs for residents, fostering socialization and well-being.

You will lead the Recreation Department, develop care plans, manage calendars, and coordinate with multi-disciplinary staff. A Bachelor's degree or certification and ADC/CDP/CTRS are required; 2+ years in long-term care supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Certification completion is required.
• Must possess an ADC, CDP, or CTRS credential.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in long-term care.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Computer knowledge is needed.
• Strong time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop care plans, monitoring systems, and documentation requirements.
• Supervise the Recreation Department personnel.
• Create, plan, and implement monthly calendars and newsletters.
• Follow budgetary guidelines for the department.
• Create facility event calendars for staff.
• Develop person-centered large and small group activities.
