Complete Care at Shorrock Gardens is seeking an empathetic Activity Director to lead engaging programs for residents, promoting socialization, creativity, and well-being.

You will develop care plans, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, manage calendars, and ensure documentation while observing budgets. Join a supportive team dedicated to enriching lives every day.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or certification required.
• ADC/CDP/CTRS credential required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care as a supervisor.

Responsabilités

• Develop care plans, monitoring systems and all documentation requirements.
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance programs, State survey processes, Residents’ Rights.
• Supervise the Recreation Department personnel.
• Create, plan, and implement monthly calendars and newsletters.
• Follow budgetary guidelines for the department.
• Create/plan/implement facility event calendars for staff.
• Create person-centered large and small group programs, hospitality, and special sensory activities.

Activity Director Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Certification completion
